Jim Foster, the original owner of
the Red Wing Motor Co., I was
able to get a copy of an older
magazine. It is the first cover shot
of a Red Wing that I am aware of.
The 7 April 2000 issue of
"Model Engineer" magazine
shows our hopper cooled model.
This model was also built by Jim
Service of the UK.
and December 2004 and the January, February and March 2005 issues of Gas Engine
Magazine.
The articles talk about the build process and problems that were overcome by a first time
builder. That first time builder was me!
