that you see below. This model is fully functional and has a 2 inch stroke, a 1.25
inch bore and has 8 inch flywheels. It runs on regular gasoline and uses a buzz coil
as an ignition source. The engine you are looking at was my first attempt at
building a model. I am as proud of this model as you will be when you hear yours
run for the first time.

To the upper right, many
parts can be seen
including the crank shaft
and connecting rod.
The right side of the
engine is the simplest.
It is where you will find
one flywheel and the
drive pulley, as well as
the muffler and fuel
supply system.
The left side has all of
the goodies. The most
obvious is the governor
weights on the outside
of the flywheel. Behind
the flywheel is the timing
gear assembly, cam,
push rod, spark plug
and a lot of other small
parts that keep your
interest for days.

beauties is extremely rewarding. All of
the castings you see in the surrounding
four photographs are included in the
casting kit. The quality of the castings
is very high. It took a lot of time and
four different foundries before we were
satisfied with the quality.

and other small parts needed to build
your engine. The most complimented
part of the kit is the 7 pages of very
detailed blueprints. They are printed on
11" by 17" paper and in color. The
exploded view with parts list is seen
below.
